MeloFlow 用户协议

欢迎使用 MeloFlow（以下简称"本软件"）。本协议由你（以下简称"用户"）与本软件开发者（贞希远，以下简称"开发者"）共同订立。请你仔细阅读并充分理解本协议内容，特别是关于数据管理、使用限制、知识产权及免责条款。当你下载、安装或使用本软件时，即表示你已经阅读、理解并接受本协议。
1. 软件性质与服务
1.1 MeloFlow 是一款面向乐器教师的本地课务管理工具，核心功能包括学生档案管理、课程表排课、财务流水记录、上课记录（考勤）与数据统计等。
1.2 本软件默认以单机本地模式运行，所有业务数据主要存储于你的设备本地，不强制要求注册账号或提供手机号、邮箱等个人信息。
1.3 本地提醒需要通知权限。头像选择和备份文件访问使用 Apple 系统选择器，仅限你主动选择的项目；本软件不申请相机权限或完整相册访问权限。
1.4 本软件支持可选的 iCloud 备份与 iCloud 同步功能。备份会将完整快照保存至你的个人 iCloud 云盘；同步会通过 CloudKit，在登录同一 Apple 账户的兼容 Apple 设备之间同步业务记录。iCloud 备份默认关闭，需要你主动开启。首次安装完成引导后，确认有效的 MeloFlow Pro 权益时会自动开启 iCloud 同步；其他情况保留原有设置，你可随时在「设置」→「数据与同步」关闭同步。其可用性取决于你的 iCloud 账户、网络、设备设置、适用的 iCloud 服务条款，以及本软件内标明的 MeloFlow Pro 权益。关于数据种类、存储、留存与删除方式，请参阅本软件《隐私政策》。
2. 账号与数据
2.1 基础本机功能无需登录；可选 Melo 账号与联动服务按第 9 节提供。你应妥善保管设备及备份。
2.2 你应当妥善保管自己的设备与数据备份。因设备丢失、损坏或未备份导致的数据丢失，本软件开发者不承担责任。
2.3 你可以随时通过「设置」→「数据与同步」→「导出与恢复」导出 JSON 格式备份，或清空本机业务数据。
2.4 暂停 iCloud 同步、清空本机数据、卸载本软件或失去 Pro 权益，不会自动删除已经存储在 iCloud 中的数据。你可以在「iCloud 同步」页面永久删除 CloudKit 同步记录；iCloud 云盘备份文件需在「iCloud 备份」中另行管理。
2.5 iCloud 备份与 iCloud 同步是两个独立功能。同步仅覆盖已经成功上传至 CloudKit 的数据，不能替代完整备份。删除本软件或更换设备前，你应确认同步已经完成，或另行保留一份完整备份。
3. 用户行为规范
3.1 你承诺使用本软件管理的学生信息、联系方式、财务数据等均来自合法授权，不侵犯任何第三方合法权益。
3.2 你不得对本软件进行反向工程、破解、篡改或用于任何违法违规用途。
4. 知识产权
4.1 本软件的界面设计、代码、图标、文案及相关素材的知识产权归开发者所有。
4.2 你使用本软件过程中录入的数据归你所有，开发者不主张任何权利。
5. 免责声明
5.1 本软件按"现状"提供，开发者尽合理努力保证其稳定与安全，但不保证完全无错误或在任何场景下均能满足你的需求。
5.2 因不可抗力、设备故障、系统更新、网络状况、iCloud 账户状态、Apple 或适用的 iCloud 服务提供方、用户操作失误等原因导致的数据丢失、同步延迟、同步冲突、重复记录或服务中断，除适用法律另有规定外，开发者不承担责任，但会尽力通过软件更新修复已知问题。
6. 协议的变更与终止
6.1 开发者可能根据法律法规或产品功能变化更新本协议。更新后的协议将在本软件相关页面公示，涉及需另行告知或征求同意的内容，按适用要求处理。
6.2 你可以随时停止使用本软件并卸载以终止本协议；若你违反本协议任何条款，开发者有权在不另行通知的情况下终止本协议，并停止向你提供服务。
6.3 协议终止后，你仍可通过「设置」→「数据与同步」→「导出与恢复」导出或清空本机业务数据。卸载本软件不会自动删除 iCloud 中的数据；同步记录和 iCloud 云盘备份需要分别使用对应入口删除。
7. 其他
7.1 本协议的订立、执行和解释适用中华人民共和国法律（为本协议之目的，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区法律）。
7.2 如你与开发者之间发生任何争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向开发者所在地（广东省深圳市）有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

9. Melo 账号与连接
9.1 基础本机功能无需登录。连接功能需要 Melo 账号、网络和兼容版本，通过 Apple 登录；开放范围以实际服务状态为准。登录前须阅读并同意《隐私政策》和本条款。Melo 账号与 Apple 购买、个人 iCloud 分开管理。
9.2 老师应核对接收方及共享课程，只向对应学生或获授权监护人提供一次性邀请码。接收方可用昵称供老师核对，经老师确认后连接。不得冒用身份、传播或猜测他人邀请码；发现错误连接应解除并联系支持。
9.3 课程、安排、本人上课状态和剩余课时由老师维护，学生只读。显示不替代师生间的授课、收费或退款约定，有异议请向老师核对。学生档案由老师在 MeloFlow 维护，MeloDaily 不提供档案提交或修改申请。连接不共享学生头像、生日、年龄、联系方式及其他档案字段；具体范围见《隐私政策》。
9.4 练琴记录由学生手动选择及分享，只含日期、曲目和实际时长，不含笔记或录音。本机修改不会自动重新分享，可更新或撤回共享副本。接收方不得超出获授权的教学目的使用或擅自转交内容。
9.5 你保留内容的合法权利，仅授权我们为所选功能存储、传输、展示和保护必要副本，不包括出售、广告或通用人工智能训练。录入他人信息前应取得合法授权；未成年人及监护人相关要求见《隐私政策》，老师确认不替代必要的监护人同意。
9.6 双方可解除连接，停止后续访问，保留本机原始记录。删除同一 Melo 账号影响两款应用的连接功能，不等于删除本机或 iCloud 数据、会员编号，亦不会取消 Apple 订阅。接收方另存的独立副本无法自动追回。删除、备份及重试规则见《隐私政策》。
9.7 服务可能因网络、系统或维护暂时延迟或不可用，共享副本不替代备份。我们合理维护服务、保护数据并处理支持请求；本条款不排除适用法律规定不得放弃的用户权利、开发者责任或救济。政策变更需要另行告知或同意时，会在相关处理前完成，不以继续使用本机功能代替新的共享同意。

2. 賬號與數據
2.1 基礎本機功能無需登錄；可選 Melo 賬號與聯動服務按第 9 節提供。你應妥善保管設備及備份。
2.2 你應當妥善保管自己的設備與數據備份。因設備丟失、損壞或未備份導致的數據丟失，本軟件開發者不承擔責任。
2.3 你可以隨時通過「設置」→「數據與同步」→「導出與恢復」導出 JSON 格式備份，或清空本機業務數據。
2.4 暫停 iCloud 同步、清空本機數據、卸載本軟件或失去 Pro 權益，不會自動刪除已經存儲在 iCloud 中的數據。你可以在「iCloud 同步」頁面永久刪除 CloudKit 同步記錄；iCloud 雲盤備份文件需在「iCloud 備份」中另行管理。
2.5 iCloud 備份與 iCloud 同步是兩個獨立功能。同步僅覆蓋已經成功上傳至 CloudKit 的數據，不能替代完整備份。刪除本軟件或更換設備前，你應確認同步已經完成，或另行保留一份完整備份。
3. 用戶行為規範
3.1 你承諾使用本軟件管理的學生信息、聯繫方式、財務數據等均來自合法授權，不侵犯任何第三方合法權益。

4. 知識產權

5. 免責聲明
5.1 本軟件按"現狀"提供，開發者盡合理努力保證其穩定與安全，但不保證完全無錯誤或在任何場景下均能滿足你的需求。
5.2 因不可抗力、設備故障、系統更新、網絡狀況、iCloud 賬戶狀態、Apple 或適用的 iCloud 服務提供方、用戶操作失誤等原因導致的數據丟失、同步延遲、同步衝突、重復記錄或服務中斷，除適用法律另有規定外，開發者不承擔責任，但會盡力通過軟件更新修復已知問題。
6. 協議的變更與終止
6.1 開發者可能根據法律法規或產品功能變化更新本協議。更新後的協議將在本軟件相關頁面公示，涉及需另行告知或徵求同意的內容，按適用要求處理。
6.2 你可以隨時停止使用本軟件並卸載以終止本協議；若你違反本協議任何條款，開發者有權在不另行通知的情況下終止本協議，並停止向你提供服務。
6.3 協議終止後，你仍可通過「設置」→「數據與同步」→「導出與恢復」導出或清空本機業務數據。卸載本軟件不會自動刪除 iCloud 中的數據；同步記錄和 iCloud 雲盤備份需要分別使用對應入口刪除。
7. 其他
7.1 本協議的訂立、執行和解釋適用中華人民共和國法律（為本協議之目的，不包括香港特別行政區、澳門特別行政區及台灣地區法律）。
7.2 如你與開發者之間發生任何爭議，應首先通過友好協商解決；協商不成的，任何一方均可向開發者所在地（廣東省深圳市）有管轄權的人民法院提起訴訟。

9. Melo 帳號與連接
9.1 基本本機功能無需登入。連接功能需要 Melo 帳號、網路和相容版本，透過 Apple 登入；開放範圍以實際服務狀態為準。登入前須閱讀並同意《隱私政策》和本條款。Melo 帳號與 Apple 購買、個人 iCloud 分開管理。
9.2 老師應核對接收者及共享課程，只向對應學生或獲授權監護人提供一次性邀請碼。接收者可用暱稱供老師核對，經老師確認後連接。不得冒用身分、傳播或猜測他人邀請碼；發現錯誤連接應解除並聯絡支援。

MeloFlow User Agreement
V1.7 · Updated and effective October 2, 2026
Welcome to MeloFlow (hereinafter "the Software"). This Agreement is made between you (hereinafter "the User") and the developer of the Software (Zhen Xiyuan, hereinafter "the Developer"). Please read and fully understand this Agreement—especially the sections on data management, usage restrictions, intellectual property, and disclaimers. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
1. Nature of the Software and Services
1.1 MeloFlow is a local lesson-management tool for instrument teachers. Its core functions include student profile management, scheduling, financial records, attendance (class logs), and data statistics.
1.2 The Software runs by default as a standalone local app. All business data is stored primarily on your device; registering an account or providing a phone number, email, or other personal information is not required.
1.3 Local reminders require notification permission. Avatar selection and backup-file access use Apple's system pickers and are limited to items you actively select; the Software does not request camera access or broad Photo Library access.
1.4 The Software offers optional iCloud Backup and iCloud Sync features. Backup stores complete snapshots in your personal iCloud Drive. Sync uses CloudKit to synchronize business records between compatible Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account. iCloud Backup is off by default and requires you to enable it. After onboarding on a fresh installation, iCloud Sync is automatically enabled when active MeloFlow Pro access is verified; otherwise existing preferences are preserved. You may turn Sync off at any time in Settings → Data & Sync. Availability depends on your iCloud account, network, device settings, applicable iCloud terms and, where indicated in the Software, MeloFlow Pro access. For details about data categories, storage, retention and deletion, please refer to the Software's Privacy Policy.
2. Account and Data
2.1 Basic local features require no sign-in. Optional Melo accounts and connections follow section 9. Protect your device and backups.
2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your device and data backups. The developer is not liable for data loss caused by device loss, damage, or failure to back up.
2.3 You may export a JSON backup at any time via Settings → Data & Sync → Export & Restore, or clear local business data.
2.4 Pausing iCloud Sync, clearing local data, uninstalling the Software, or losing Pro access does not automatically delete data already stored in iCloud. You may permanently delete CloudKit sync records from the iCloud Sync page; iCloud Drive backup files are managed separately in iCloud Backup.
2.5 iCloud Backup and iCloud Sync are separate features. Sync covers only data that has been successfully uploaded to CloudKit and is not a substitute for a complete backup. Before deleting the Software or changing devices, you should verify that Sync has completed or retain a complete backup.
3. User Code of Conduct
3.1 You agree that any student information, contact details, and financial data you manage with the Software come from lawful authorization and do not infringe any third party's legitimate rights.
3.2 You may not reverse-engineer, crack, or tamper with the Software, nor use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The interface design, code, icons, copy, and related assets of the Software are owned by the developer.
4.2 Data you enter while using the Software belongs to you; the developer asserts no rights over it.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 The Software is provided "as is". The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep it stable and secure, but does not guarantee it is completely error-free or meets your needs in every scenario.
5.2 The developer is not liable for data loss, delayed synchronization, conflicts, duplicate records or service interruptions caused by force majeure, device failure, system updates, network conditions, iCloud account status, Apple or an applicable iCloud provider, or user error, except where applicable law provides otherwise. The Developer will endeavor to fix known issues within the Software through updates.
6. Changes and Termination of the Agreement
6.1 The developer may update this Agreement in response to laws, regulations, or product changes. The updated Agreement will be published in the relevant section of the Software; changes requiring further notice or consent will follow applicable requirements.
6.2 You may stop using the Software and uninstall it at any time to terminate this Agreement; if you breach any provision of this Agreement, the Developer may terminate it without further notice and cease providing services to you.
6.3 After termination, you may still export or clear local business data via Settings → Data & Sync → Export & Restore. Uninstalling the Software does not automatically delete data stored in iCloud; synchronized records and iCloud Drive backups must be deleted separately using the corresponding controls.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 The formation, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the Taiwan region).
7.2 Any dispute between you and the developer shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the location of the developer (Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province).

9. Melo Accounts and Connections
9.1 Local features do not require sign-in. Connections require a Melo account, connectivity and a compatible version, using Sign in with Apple; availability depends on the service's actual status. Read and agree to the Privacy Policy and these terms before sign-in. Melo accounts are managed separately from Apple purchases and personal iCloud.
9.2 Teachers must verify recipients and selected courses, giving single-use codes only to the intended student or an authorized guardian. Recipients may use a nickname for teacher confirmation. Do not impersonate others, distribute their codes or guess codes. Disconnect mistaken connections and contact support.
9.3 Teachers maintain courses, schedules, the student's attendance and remaining credits; students have read-only access. Displays do not replace teaching, payment or refund agreements. Check discrepancies with the teacher. Teachers maintain student records in MeloFlow; MeloDaily does not offer profile submissions or change requests. Connections do not share student avatars, birth dates, age, contact information or other profile fields; see the Privacy Policy for scope.
9.4 Students manually select and share practice dates, piece titles and actual duration, excluding notes and recordings. Local edits do not automatically reshare records. Students can update or withdraw shared copies. Recipients must not use content beyond authorized teaching purposes or pass it to others without authority.
9.5 You retain your lawful rights to content and authorize only necessary storage, transmission, display and protection for chosen features, excluding sales, advertising or general-purpose AI training. Obtain lawful authority before entering others' information. See the Privacy Policy for minors and guardians; teacher confirmation does not replace necessary parental consent.
9.6 Either party may disconnect to end future access while retaining original local records. Deleting a shared Melo account affects connections in both apps but does not delete local or iCloud data or membership-number registrations, or cancel Apple subscriptions. Independently saved recipient copies cannot automatically be recalled. See the Privacy Policy for deletion, backups and retries.
9.7 Networks, systems or maintenance may delay or interrupt service; shared copies do not replace backups. We reasonably maintain service, protect data and handle support requests. These terms do not exclude non-waivable legal rights, developer obligations or remedies. Where changes require additional notice or consent, these must precede the relevant processing; continued use of local features does not replace consent to new sharing.
